Disinformation-denouncing climate elites caught peddling their own half-truths
We expose THE BIGGEST CLIMATE LIE that no one is telling you about.
The climate elites are at it again—this time with Brazil’s government issuing a dramatic “call to action” ahead of COP30, the big UN climate bash coming this November. Their new focus? Tackling the much talked about “climate disinformation” resulting in pollution and the destruction of nature.
But here’s the twist: the very elites moaning about fake news seem to be spreading a fair bit of it themselves.
Brazil’s move comes hot on the heels of a fiery report by Elisa Morgera, the UN special rapporteur on human rights and climate change that also addresses the issue of disinformation. Morgera argues for criminal penalties for polluters caught spreading lies.
And it doesn’t stop there. The elites are fixated on fake news. The World Economic Forum Global Risks Report—a favourite among Davos attendees—declared disinformation the number one global threat in the next two years. Bigger than war. Bigger than famine. Bigger than economic collapse.
Meanwhile, in the real world, ordinary people are worried about rent, rising bills, and crime—not some overblown "fake news" panic cooked up in luxury conference rooms.
Thought police, anyone?
Let’s be honest: criminalising opinion sounds like a page from a dystopian playbook. Are we really going to see people thrown in jail for questioning the narrative? (Oh wait, that’s already happening!)
And even if those polluting liars were dragged to court, do you really think Big Oil bosses would do time? Or would they just write a cheque for the fine and carry on laughing all the way to the bank?
Murder charge for polluters?
So instead of criminalising polluters for lies, how about we up the stakes a bit? Air pollution caused by fossil fuels results in 5 million deaths per year. How about we charge those polluters for mass murder, send them to prison and throw away the key?
And here we get to the bit about disinformation that the elites are not telling us:
They could jail polluters for murder, but instead they fixate on disinformation.
They could impose regulations on businesses that result in clean air and water, but instead they weaken regulations.
They could fix the cost of living, but instead they let inequality spiral out of control.
They could deliver revolutionary change, but instead they tit around with supposed reform.
The biggest climate lie?
Sure, let’s stop the polluters’ lies. But while preaching climate action, the global elite continues to peddle half-truths and hollow reforms. Their disinformation isn’t about denying climate change—it’s pretending they’re doing something about it, when they’re not.
The result? Business as usual, dressed up in green PR.
If you’re still keen to share your thoughts with the Brazilian government before COP30, you’ve got until 31 August to do it via this online form.
The 'biggest lie' is suggesting that the UK measures are adequate to prevent what is coming: -

This has always been a global problem requiring a global solution. The whole truth was always international equal entitlements (C&C). The half-truth is 'net-zero national emissions commitments'.
